Kalau begitu OKU boleh di kotak katikkan sesuka hati pihak kerajaan dan tak perlu di beri bantuan dan pelindungan. Di Negeri Kedah kerap berlaku penangguhan pembayaran bantuan dan selalu di ketepikan. setelah menanti dan bersabar serta mengharapkan bantuan di salurkan untuk kepentingan pihak Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat.
